The three-story house accommodates up to eight guests: - Ground floor: a comfortable bedroom - First floor: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen - Second floor: a bedroom with en-suite bathroom You’ll find all the amenities you need: Wi-Fi, TV, children’s games, crib, high chair, and more. Located just steps from monuments, the Canal du Midi, lively streets, concerts, restaurants, and shops, this house immerses you in Agde’s authentic atmosphere. In less than ten minutes by car, you’ll reach over a dozen beaches, from Cap d’Agde to Marseillan, including Le Grau, La Tamarissière, and Vias: fine sand, volcanic coves, and unspoiled nature make for a diverse coastline. With the train station and bus stops nearby, exploring the region is easy. If you’re arriving by car, Place du Dr Joseph Picheire is the ideal drop-off point, though parking is limited. We recommend Parking du Moulin des Évêques, which is free and close by. A new paid parking lot will open soon in the area. Non-smoking house.
